Delivery times: The estimated delivery time begins when your order is shipped, and not when it is placed. These lead times are provided for information purposes only and do not take into account possible delays caused by stock problems, customs delays or other exceptional circumstances.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped the next day, except Fridays. During periods of collection launches or one-off sales operations, the delivery process may be delayed due to a high volume of orders.

All orders require a signature upon receipt. If you have designated a recipient other than yourself, the signature of this third party will be considered proof of delivery.

Import fees and taxes

All shipments to the EU are not subject to import duties and taxes. However, orders shipped to non-EU countries and internationally are subject to import duties and taxes.

Please note that any shipping costs, taxes and duties related to your order are non-refundable.
