Made in Portugal , in collaboration with our partner denim workshops , specialists in denim for over 30 years.

The Dart Jeans is halfway between a balloon cut and a straight cut .

Its distinctive feature lies in the construction: the assembly seam on the side of each leg is slightly curved inwards , which helps to structure the volume and round out the silhouette without exaggerating it.

The jeans are assembled with triple stitching for better durability.

    The “straight cut with a slight curve”

    The silhouette of Dart Jeans is somewhere between a straight cut and a balloon cut.

    This particular volume is achieved thanks to a subtly offset side seam that curves inwards along the entire length of the leg, allowing the shape to be rounded without exaggerating it.

    To further accentuate the cut, four horizontal darts were added to the inside of each leg.

    They deliberately break the line and reinforce the slightly rounded volume.
    A precise balance, designed to structure the jeans while remaining easy to wear every day.

    Triple Stitch Stitching

    The Dart Jeans are assembled with a triple stitch, a stitch you may already be familiar with if you have worn one of our Triple Stitch models.

    Where classic jeans use double stitching, this choice provides additional reinforcement to the most stressed areas.

    The result: improved resistance to wear and tear, with a discreet visual finish that blends naturally into the design of the jeans.

    These jeans are made in Portugal, in our partner denim workshops.

    A team of highly skilled craftsmen, who have been working with denim for over 30 years, and whose know-how is passed down through generations.

    To be completely transparent: it took us almost a year to find the right workshop.

    Why so much time?

    Because while many workshops claim to know how to make jeans, not all are capable of delivering the same level of quality.

    Jeans can be sewn on a home machine or produced in workshops that invest more than €100,000 annually in state-of-the-art equipment.

    And obviously, the result has nothing to do with it.

    The boss of our workshop often sums it up by saying:

    "The skills and tools are not the same when you're building a Renault... or a Ferrari."

    So we chose a workshop recognized as one of the best in the region, combining artisanal expertise and a state-of-the-art machine park, regularly renewed.

    A demanding (but essential) choice to guarantee the quality, precision and durability of our jeans.

    As for the material, it is a superb thick canvas (100% cotton of course), which weighs 420g/m2 (or 15 oz for the purists).
