Made in Portugal , in collaboration with our partner denim workshops , specialists in denim for over 30 years.
The Pleated Jeans are pleated jeans made from a thick 420 g/m² fabric, chosen for its good shape retention.
It adopts a loose fit and a particular construction : the assembly seam on the side disappears, allowing the fabric to fall more naturally.
The result: a more substantial volume and a feeling of freedom when worn, without compromising on structure.

Your pants are made from 100% cotton denim fabric. The best way to care for your denim… is to wash it as little as possible! So be careful not to wash it too many times, choose a cold wash and air dry, to respect the natural fibers that make up your denim.

Even more comfortable
We simply couldn't just offer "pleated jeans" (otherwise we'd be offering the same pleated jeans as everyone else, which isn't fun).
So we went looking for the little details that bring joy…
The first detail lies in the construction:
On traditional trousers, each leg is made up of two pieces of fabric, joined by a seam on the outside side.
On the Pleated, this assembly seam disappears completely.
The result: the leg is made from a single piece of fabric, not two.
The kind of detail you don't notice at first glance...but which changes a lot of things:
the fabric is looser
the ample volume is even more pronounced
The drape is not guided by a seam, but by the fabric itself.
Fewer constraints, more ease.
2-in-1 pockets
The back pockets were designed as a natural extension of the front pockets.
Their construction ensures visual continuity across the entire trouser, creating a “2-in-1” pocket that is both aesthetic and functional.
A pocket designed in one piece, reinforced by three rivets at stress points.
A discreet but structural construction detail that reinforces both the coherence of the design and the durability of the jeans.
Made in Portugal
These jeans are made in Portugal, in our partner denim workshops.
A team of highly skilled craftsmen, who have been working with denim for over 30 years, and whose know-how is passed down through generations.
To be completely transparent: it took us almost a year to find the right workshop.
Why so much time?
Because while many workshops claim to know how to make jeans, not all are capable of delivering the same level of quality.
Jeans can be sewn on a home machine or produced in workshops that invest more than €100,000 annually in state-of-the-art equipment.
And obviously, the result has nothing to do with it.
The boss of our workshop often sums it up by saying:
"The skills and tools are not the same when you're building a Renault... or a Ferrari."
So we chose a workshop recognized as one of the best in the region, combining artisanal expertise and a state-of-the-art machine park, regularly renewed.
A demanding (but essential) choice to guarantee the quality, precision and durability of our jeans.
As for the material, it is a superb thick canvas (100% cotton of course), which weighs 420g/m2 (or 15 oz for the purists).
