If the item does not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning your order within 14 days of receipt.

To return or exchange your items, use the return label that we will send you after completing our returns form accessible via the button at the bottom of the page. Affix the label to the package and send it via an office or package store with the carrier listed on the label.

We offer a free return label only if you are returning from France.

During the returns procedure, please consider the following points:

• Make sure that the returned items are in perfect condition: without defects, without stains, unwashed and unworn.
• Pack items in a waterproof bag or box with tape.
• Hats and caps must be returned in a box to avoid deformation.
• Keep proof of sending (tracking number) for any possible claims in the event of loss.
• Items returned in unsellable condition (if not basic defective) will not be refunded or exchanged and may be returned to you.
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our returns policy. You are responsible for the return until it is received and confirmed by Maison Les Dames.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

After receiving your package, the processing process for your return or exchange may take 5 to 14 days.
