What is the GOTS label?

GOTS certification, or Global Organic Textile Standard, is an international certification that ensures that textiles are manufactured according to strict environmental and social standards.

It guarantees that textile products have been made from at least 95% organic fibers, without the use of pesticides, herbicides or genetically modified seeds.

Additionally, GOTS certification attests that fair working conditions have been respected throughout the supply chain, with the prohibition of child labor and the assurance of decent wages for workers.

This garment is made in France, in our partner workshops.

The Papillon T-shirt is made from 100% GOTS* certified cotton jersey . Its thick fabric (300g/m² ) ensures a hold that resists the passage of time and washing. The cut is slightly loose without being excessively oversized, for a relaxed look. The collar is made of a thick and durable ribbed edge (also GOTS certified), which will allow it to retain its shape, even after multiple washes.

  • To keep your t-shirt as long as possible, it is important to maintain it carefully. Opt for washing at 30°C maximum, grouping similar colors together. Remember to turn it over before placing it in the machine, thus promoting optimal color retention over time. Do not put your t-shirt in the dryer, and choose to dry it in the open air, which is more respectful of the fibers making up the fabric.
