CUT INFORMATION

The cut of our Sweatshirt is loose, and the armholes are low. You can choose your usual size, or take a size smaller for a more fitted look.

DESCRIPTION :

Our sweatshirt is made from 100% brushed cotton fleece from England. This is a particularly thick and heavy fabric (500g/m²): the sweatshirt weighs over 1kg!

The fleece is brushed on the back, giving the sweatshirt a soft, comfortable feel. The loose fit and low armholes guarantee great comfort. At the bottom of the sweatshirt, the ribbing is not too tight, for greater ease in everyday wear.

It's a hard-wearing ribbing with excellent elasticity, which won't budge even after many washes.

The lined hood ensures a good fit. The red embroidery on the chest features “Les dames” and a heart, adding a discreet yet original touch to this hoodie.

  • You can machine wash your Hoodie at 30°C maximum, grouping similar colors together. Remember to turn it over before placing it in the machine, thus promoting optimal color retention over time. You can air dry your Sweatshirt. This is a particularly thick sweatshirt, so air drying will take some time, you can turn it inside out to speed up the drying process.

    The idea: A little nod to love

    We originally planned to release this hoodie for Valentine's Day, to celebrate love in an original way.

    But here it is, as soon as we posted a visual on our networks, many of you asked us when it would be available. So we decided not to wait.

    And besides, do you know why Les Dames?

    Come on, we'll tell you the story:

    We had already started creating clothes before finding the name of our brand.

    And it was while walking around the production workshops that the idea came to us.

    What we knew was that we wanted to manufacture in France to pay tribute to the historic know-how of our country.

    And by going back and forth to the workshops, we realized one thing: it is women, who we call the Dames des Ateliers, who master French textile know-how, our daily fight.

    And that’s why we chose Maison Les Dames, as a nod to their talent, their precision, and their passion.

    In addition to being a striking name, we find that it reflects well the message we carry: to keep it simple and beautiful, while paying tribute to those who make it all possible.

    But what's so special about this sweatshirt?

    An ultra-thick and super soft 100% cotton fleece of 500 g/m² (compared to around 300g/m² for a large retail brand), lovingly made by the European fleece masters in England.

    And because we firmly believe in local know-how, this sweatshirt is sewn in the creative district of Pantin, in collaboration with our partner Parisian workshops.

    We went for a loose fit, to be comfortable in all circumstances, whether you're out in the evening, at work (ok, some of you don't wear hoodies to work, that's true), or just for a quiet Sunday.

    The finishes are solid: lined hood for a better fit, resistant and not too tight ribbing. We wanted to design this hoodie so that it can withstand your daily life.

    In short, we went all out on this classic, classic piece.
